It is a beautiful Swarovski Crystal Awareness bracelet decorated in multi-colors with hope and believe silver spacers and an awareness hope charm attached to the toggle clasp. The bracelet measures 7 1/2 inches in length, but can be adjusted to fit the wearer's wrist.
